Soul & RnB whizzkid Lou Asril might still be a teenager, but he manages to extract the soul in his voice exactly from where it lies within. The Austrian started a classic piano education aged 11, formed a band at 15 and won the Joe Zawinul Award at 17. His first singles raised many eyebrows in 2019 and his debut EP louasril landed just before the pandemic kicked in. The virus hasn’t stopped him from producing and releasing, including single ‘Lovemachine’ with (Conchita) Wurst.
