Loverman is the solo project of Belgian artist James de Graef, former member of the wacky rock band Shht. For this, his latest adventure, the deep-voiced songwriter from Brussels situates himself in a minimalist setting, where the guitar accompanies his twilight poetry. Following in the footsteps of Leonard Cohen and Nick Cave, Loverman evolves in a world of chiaroscuro, and delivers songs that are inhabited by an idea of timelessness. Extended album Lovesongs and Some, came out in June. Loverman is nominated for the Music Moves Europe Awards 2025.
