Melissa Kassab - originally from the Swiss mountains, and who grew up between Geneva and Tripoli, Lebanon - before appearing on the scene with her delicate, haunted folk. She writes her songs while on the road, either hitchhiking or living in her car in Switzerland, New Zealand or The States. Her debut album Dog was spontaneously recorded in two days in the basement of a rocket factory in Geneva. After another year touring and travelling, Melissa returned to Switzerland to compile her forthcoming record. And not knowing or planning where, when and how is the way she plans to keep doing it.
