Moonradio dishes up steaming rock with their feet firmly in the mud of the northeastern Dutch province of Drenthe. At times rough and exuberant, and then unpretentious, but always channeled in an energetic live show. In a similar vein to Danish bands like Saybia and Kashmir and the sound that r characterises those bands, they play indie rock with strong emphasis on the guitar. They say: ‘Be like the Moon, Reflect the Sun!’ They hit the studio for that second EP in February.
