They are embraced everywhere they go. Anyone in the business of scouting talents has named Rococo. It is impossible to resist the danceable and catchy songs of this all-girl indie band from the north of The Netherlands. They have supported The Drums, Scouting For Girls, played at sold out festivals, headlined two shows in London and supported several Dutch bands in the first year of forming Rococo. Inspired by the likes of Editors, Red Light Company, Phoenix and the Strokes, this band is evolving at high speed. The voices of twin sisters Doortje (vocals, bass) and Jorinde Hiddema (guitar) fit, of course, perfectly. Drummer Marjolein Huisinga is the final piece of this fine puzzle. First EP Mind Explosions does exactly what the title promises.
