sasha smirnova is a Belarusian sound artist based in Berlin. After training as a pianist in her childhood, she returned to music and released her debut album in September 2025. ‘Gone Stray’ partly draws on ambient, trip hop, experimental electronics, and trap-influenced rhythm. Her music centres on voice, texture, and atmosphere, combining processed vocals, ambient layers, and rhythm-driven production. Her live show sees an instrumental section that gradually evolves into a performance piece where smirnova uses her body and voice to connect with the music and the audience.
