With their jackhammering drum barrages, venomous growls and searing guitar blitz, Luxembourg-based powerhouse Scarred now finds itself among the upper echelons of the modern metal canon. Few bands have the ability to exert the sheer brutality of death metal with the high octane energy of thrash metal. Which makes it all the more compelling to find them holed up in the small nation of Luxembourg.
