Tim Knol has managed to keep a low profile lately, that is the singer-songwriter Tim Knol has. After third album Soldier On, in 2013, the talented Dutch musician from Hoorn turned up the volume with garage rockers The Miseries. In October Tim the songwriter returned with the single 'Sweet Melodies', the forerunner of a new album that is coming out on the ESNS weekend. Cut The Wire is a charming record by the young troubadour, a true songbook that includes the influences of The Miseries and the melancholic character of companion and producer Anne Soldaat.
