uwase is a Belgian singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer emerging on the indie pop scene. After winning De Nieuwe Lichting by Studio Brussel in 2025, she gained national attention with her celebrated EP ‘Angelo’. She recently finished writing, composing, and co-producing her debut album with Jasper Segers (Balthazar, Sylvie Kreusch), set for release via PIAS in March 2027. Inspired by the sonic curiosity of producers like Blood Orange and artists such as Caroline Polachek, she approaches music with a refined attention to detail and atmosphere.
