Expect a massive injection of funk and soul combined with jazz, surf and klezmer. Very Cool People originated in 2007 in Riga, Latvia, and the eight-piece form an active-gigging band who work with a selection of guest singers including Kristine Praulina. All four of the band's albums have been nominated for different Latvian Music Awards and a fifth is coming out in February 2019.
