The hip-hop duo WadAap has been a familiar presence in the Groningen scene and beyond for several years. They made their mark with the debut album Planeet van de Aap (2020), followed by tours alongside artists such as Fresku and Talib Kweli. Since then, the duo has continued to release well-received albums, blending their signature boom bap and jungle-influenced beats with humorous and self-reflective lyricism. Their fourth album, Rariteit, was released in October and will be celebrated live throughout 2026.
