Chris Mulder en Atser Damsma are the two members of Yakumo. Together with some classical trained musicians they are Yakumo Orchestra. They take you into tropical space with their percussive, hypnotizing tracks. Their songs are built live, layer for layer, with raw analogue synthesizers and dancefloor drum loops. Subtly changing mesmerizing melodies will slowly but surely take you on a trip into abandoned tropical landscapes.
