It is jazz, and it is not jazz. It is modernism, but full of tradition at the same time. It is a semi-improvised, complex musical structure that swirls with perfectionist care about every sound and every detail. Zabelov Group use the accordion, drums, loop station, ethereal wordless vocals and electronics to create meandering, musical and unpredictable stories. The group was formed in 2012 in Prague out of the musical dialogue between accordionist Roman Zabelov and multi-instrumentalist Jan Šikl.
