Press accreditation

We are thrilled to see you are interested in covering ESNS26. Press are required to request press accreditation to attend the festival. The conference is only available for ticket holders. Find all the information on acquiring accreditation to both the festival and the conference below. Please note that rules and regulations apply.

Press accreditation for ESNS26 can be requested below.

Media outlets wishing to cover Queen Máxima's visit during the opening of ESNS (Wednesday, January 14) must request accreditation by Wednesday afternoon, January 7, at 12:00 p.m. at floor.oostra@esns.nl, stating their name, media outlet, and position.

Please note the following:

Requests for accreditation will only be considered if submitted using the official form linked below. Application requests sent by email will not be processed.
Once your application is complete, we will get back to you after December 1st. If you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know via support@esns.nl.
Photographers or freelance journalists are required to demonstrate an assignment with an affiliated media outlet.
Spec photography, portfolio photography and personal website photographer requests will not be processed.
ESNS reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
