Elvin Usidame is a Booking Agent and Promoter at Friendly Fire Concerts. With over 12 years of experience in the live music industry, Elvin has played his part in shaping the programming at renowned institutions such as Paradiso, Effenaar, and festivals like Best Kept Secret and Mysteryland.

Elvin’s journey began as the frontman and manager of the band Hunting the Robot, before transitioning to a programming role at Effenaar in Eindhoven. After five years, he moved to Paradiso Amsterdam, where he managed night programming and booked hip-hop and electronic shows. At ID&T, he contributed to the music programming for festivals like Milkshake, Valhalla, and Amsterdam Open Air.

In addition to his , Elvin is active in the industry as an advisor for Fonds Podiumkunsten and a member of the supervisory board for Amsterdam Dance Event.
