Gee Davy is AIM’s CEO following previous roles in policy and operations. She has worked in the music industry for over 20 years covering many different areas including in Business Affairs within the independent sector. Gee serves on a number of industry boards and committees including at UK Music, PPL, IMPALA and WIN, and others with a focus on copyright, policy, technology and industry strategy. Gee holds qualifications in law and is an accredited Music Sector Expert, having moved into music after an early career in the Technology sector. She believes passionately in creating positive change in the world, currently working with the UK’s Women in Music Awards and as a Trustee of young talent and black music focussed education charity, UD Foundation.
