Tessa Kalsbeek is project leader education at Buma Music Academy and works as education officer at Radboud University in Nijmegen. She has a background in Art History and History and holds a teaching qualification in Art History and CKV.

For Buma Music Academy, Tessa develops course materials with an emphasis on popular culture, contemporary artists, pop music, social engagement and topical issues. The goal is always to encourage pupils to speak up, voice their opinions, express their emotions and get them to actively participate in class. This year, Buma Music Academy is boosting language education with the ExperimenTAAL Contest.
