Ilana van den Berg is a project advisor at Fonds 21, an entrepreneurial and socially engaged foundation that aims to make a positive contribution to today’s society by supporting impactful projects. The foundation supports professional, high-quality initiatives that reach a wide and/or new audience, with a clear focus on young people aged 12 to 30.

Fonds 21’s policy focuses on three pillars: Arts & Culture, Youth & Society, and Arts & Education. Within Arts & Culture, the foundation supports a broad range of projects — from music, theatre, and dance to film, digital culture, literature, and interdisciplinary forms. Preference is given to initiatives that appeal to younger audiences or help improve young people’s social opportunities. Fonds 21 does not support individual creators, unless they work within a foundation.
