Momo - Originally from the UK with Nigerian heritage, living in the Netherlands for 6 years. They came to study design with a major on illustration and animation from Minerva Academy, Groningen in 2022. While living in the Netherlands, they developed an interest in on the ground activism, having experienced the impact of Brexit, austerity of the Tories and being an international in Groningen. Here, Momo joined a radical socialist group where they developed a radical Marxist perspective on society, feminism, imperialism, racism and colonialism and applying this knowledge into practise by protesting and organising while trying to fight for a better world. They still make illustrations and like to write stories inspired by their radical knowledge and experiences in their spare time.
