Ms. Ortiz, daughter of a jazz musician and a mother involved in the theatre world, had a musical upbringing between the Jazz Cava de Terrassa and the Municipal Conservatory. At 18 Carola discovered a passion for travel and music and culture, leading her to perform with leading names in the jazz, flamenco and world-folk scenes, and participated on more than 20 albums. Her third solo album ‘Pecata Beata’ came out in 2021.
