GANNA is Ganna Gryniva - a Ukrainian singer, composer and producer based in Berlin who emigrated with her parents to Germany aged 13. Today she is considered “one of the most impressive singers and musicians of the European jazz and world music scene” (Ö1 radio, Austria). GANNA combines Ukrainian folklore with jazz, alongside improvised and experimental music. Inspired by folklore research journeys in different regions of Ukraine, she is actively engaged in spreading the cultural heritage of her homeland. Latest album Utopia came out in October.
