ESNS: 2023
León Benavente was born in 2012 from the union of some of the most renowned and veteran musicians on the national scene; Abraham Boba (voice and keyboards), Eduardo Baos (bass and synthesizers) Luis Rodríguez (guitar) and César Verdú (drums). With their first self-titled album, León Benavente (Marxophone, 2013), they needed very little time to be placed on the bills of the main festivals and fill venues in our country, in addition to crossing the pond. In April 2016 their second album, 2 (Warner Music), was released, a work with which 'los leones' toured the country for a year, hanging the "sold out" sign in most of the concerts, in addition to playing on several occasions in Latin America. In September 2019, Let's Go Crazy (Warner Music) arrived, the album with which they entered number 1 on iTunes on the day of its release and that same week it was the second best-selling album in the country. The month of the publication of this new work they began an unstoppable tour in which they sold out most of the dates. In addition to cities throughout the country, they also presented these new themes in Mexico or Portugal. Now they present us with ERA, their new album, which talks about the end of things and new beginnings. After presenting it in halls and theaters throughout the country throughout these months, now it is the turn of the festivals and summer cycles, in which they present a new stage proposal.
