gugusar is an Icelandic artist. She produces and writes all her songs and released her debut album ‘Listen To This Twice’ when she was only 15 years-old. Her second album followed in 2021. Her music is hard to define and defies any one genre, as she likes to experiment. She writes in both English and Icelandic, produces instrumentals, and sometimes just hums without words. gugusar’s music is somewhat unorthodox and surprising, as slow melodies suddenly turn into a drum and bass party.
