Aga Samitowska is an experienced music business and MusicTech professional dedicated to connecting the worlds of technology and the music industry. She leads ZAiKS Lab, an innovative R&D initiative operating within Poland’s leading collective rights management organisation. Alongside this, she co-founded MusicTech Poland, helping to grow and connect the country’s MusicTech ecosystem.

With over a decade of experience in the music industry, Aga has worked across digital distribution, artist management, and strategic partnerships. As Head of Digital Distribution, she negotiated key agreements with global platforms and aggregators, and later managed acclaimed artists such as Brodka and the iconic rock band Hey. Her work includes award-winning brand collaborations, high-profile commercial campaigns, and successful sync placements.
