Christiaan Elings is program manager of the Green Deal Circular Festivals, on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water management. Over the last 20 years, Christiaan worked for governments worldwide, to build collaborations for the sustainable transformation of various sectors. In the GDCF, he works on strengthening cooperation of a community of European frontrunner festivals and the government, to ‘rethink’ the norm for a future proof sector, accelerate scaling of innovations to regions & cities across Europe, and by doing so, inspiring a green movement of the sector and society.
