Cíntia Ferreira Martins has been working in the music industry for the past 10 years and currently lives between Paris and Brussels. In 2022 she joins D·I·V·A· as Co-director and co-launches the label (Angie, zonmai) which management she is in charge of, with the commitment of creating a solid and supportive environment for artists. In 2023 she takes part in the MEWEM program as a mentee. Involved in numerous campaigns aiming to raise awareness about gender-based and sexual violence in the music industry, D·I·V·A· is the only label and artist management agency dedicated to artists who identify as women or non-binary in the sector in France. D·I·V·A· also curates and produces inclusive and intersectional music events, as well as educational programs.
