Ilona Deuring is the project manager of ESNS Exchange and policy officer EU for ESNS. ESNS Exchange (formerly known as ETEP) is the European Talent Exchange Programme, that has supported over 2000 emerging artists since its start in 2003. She is responsible for project coordination and is in contact with partners and stakeholders of the ESNS Exchange and MME Awards programmes.
