Jiska Bazuin is head of operations & fundraising at Oerol Festival. With a professional background in theatre, dance and film, as well as experience at an international trading company, she has developed an understanding of the importance of cultural entrepreneurship and the ability to transform artistic and societal visions into practical, actionable steps. Jiska joined Oerol two years ago and in the summer of 2024, she embraced a new chapter by moving to Terschelling.
