Morten is the Director of Safety and Guest Relations at Roskilde Festival Group. Here he is responsible for the safety and guest relations at one of the largest and oldest festivals in Northern Europe (Roskilde Festival), but also responsible for the department that provides safety services for external clients such as Live Nation, All Things Live and UEFA.

Morten Holds a bachelor degree in Crowd Safety management and a Masters degree in Crowd Places and Public Safety Management.
