Nick is also a certified executive coach who partners one-on-one with music professionals and the companies they lead, helping them work through moments of change and friction so those moments become fuel for growth. Before launching jump.global, he spent 11 years at the Music Business Association, where he helped shape the Music Biz Conference into one of the industry’s key annual gatherings and built the network of relationships that still informs everything he does.

Today he is also the founder of HITS HOME, a global B2B music business experience built around spontaneous moments and genuine IRL fun, where the people shaping the industry come together and music’s future meets its feeling. HITS HOME is based in Nashville – and so is he.
