Sally Freeman is the CEO of Addonova Ltd, a digital innovation consultancy, and Founder of Love Live Music UK, a platform connecting emerging talent with global audiences. With over 20 years in the music industry, she has managed Digital, Press, and Green communications at Glastonbury Festival on four of the main stages, she has collaborated with renowned artists including Stormzy, Dua Lipa, Charlie XCX and Fatboy Slim, as well as supporting over 2,000 Global DJs and emerging talent on the BBC Introducing Stage.

Combining her expertise in music and healthcare as a Registered Clinical Dietitian, Sally specialises in mental health, neurodiversity, women’s health, and gut health. She launched the Eat, Sleep, Rave, Relax campaign to combat burnout and promote well-being within the music industry. Her team of insured clinicians deliver evidence-based strategies to foster resilience and balance.
