Salomé Besse is a project manager with 10 years of experience in cultural organizations, dedicated to promoting cultural diversity and fostering European collaboration. With a background in philosophy and management, she holds a Master's degree in Management of Cultural Organizations. Her career includes international experience, notably in Canada, where she supported initiatives to advance francophone culture.

In her current role at Europavox, Salomé leads European projects that enhance cultural exchange and support talent development across borders. Her work includes the coordination of seven Europavox festivals across Europe, the online media platform europavox.com, the Europavox Campus initiative for students, and the Ukrainian MusicLab, which helps Ukrainian artists advance their international careers.
