Sarah Parisio works at Music Innovation Hub, where she leads the socially responsible agenda and serves as project manager for related initiatives. Her work has included the European program Keychange, which promotes gender equality in the music industry, and cross-sectoral arts and cultural projects such as CreativeShift, aimed at fostering synergistic and equitable growth within the CCIs. After realizing an ESG Protocol for live music events in 2022, she is now focused on implementing sustainable practices in live events, working together with promoters, artists and stakeholders.

For MIH, she is involved in the development of various projects designed to generate positive social impact and foster a healthy, equitable music ecosystem.

Additionally, she is also Head of Conference for Linecheck Music Meeting and Festival (from 2023).
