Tuğçe Akbulut is an impact-driven creative entrepreneur and programme manager with a background in design and creative direction. She is Business Creation Program Manager at EIT Culture & Creativity, one of Europe’s largest initiatives for the creative industries.

She started her career as a creative director in film, then moved into social innovation and creative entrepreneurship. She led the What Design Can Do global climate action design accelerator program, moderated the Today at Apple creative industry event series in Istanbul. The British Council featured her among inspiring women entrepreneurs in its book 80 Years, 80 Women, 80 Stories. She has represented Türkiye at international platforms including Ljubljana Creative Forum, WBCSD Circular Economy Week Turkey and Creative Industries Fund NL.

Through the studio she founded (Cross Change), she built impact programs that bring design and business worlds together, and today she leads the EIT Culture & Creativity Shape Acceleration program across Europe’s cultural and creative sectors.
