Vincent Lépinasse has been working in the cultural sector for over 25 years. He has worked on many, or maybe all levels in this business. Starting as a student, working in a concert-hall, he fell in love with the industry and worked later on as a sales manager, programmer, theaterplay-producer and managing director of a pop-stage. At present Vincent works freelance as consultant and is helping cultural businesses that are in development or distress. His specialty in theater and pop-stages is finances, leisure related business and P&O. Furthermore he is one of the principal negotiators for the collective employment agreement for all the affiliated stages and festivals in the Netherlands.
