Yes, Electric Litany is a band from Greece, but they come with an English touch. Electric Litany frontman Alexandros Miaris comes from Greece and just like many of his peers, he saw what the devastating economic crisis was doing to his country and what it meant for the ambitions of its young people. Like many others, he moved abroad and gave life a shot in London. It's there that Electric Litany was born. The four-piece band has toured extensively throughout Europe and the UK. Their debut album, How to be a Child & Win the War combines the paralysing resignation of Joy Division with the climatic guitar sound of the Editors.
